A Will is the most important legal document you will ever do. If gives someone you trust the responsibility to deal with all your assets on your death. Also at a time that is sad and difficult for your family, it gives clarity on what you intended and wanted.
You can make a time with one of our lawyers to discuss the terms of your Will. We aim to get your Will drafted, signed and stored safely in our strongroom on the day of your appointment. This gives you certainty that your affairs will be looked after as you intended. We charge for our Wills on a time and attendance basis.
If you use Bay Legal Limited to get your Will done, we will send you a reminder every five years to review what is in your Will. It is important to do this as certain life events may make the Will out of date or even invalid, such as marriage and a change of name. Any simple updates will be completed free of charge.
We can administer your estate (or the estate of your family member). We will meet with those appointed to be the executor/s of your estate and assist them and guide them to carry out your wishes.
